Using Modyfiles

Modyfiles provides free and paid online tools for editing, converting, and inspecting files. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Modyfiles.

Accounts and plans

You can use many tools without an account, up to a limited number of operations. Creating a free account raises that limit; upgrading to Pro raises it further and unlocks larger file sizes and priority processing. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Modyfiles to:

• Process files you don't have the legal right to process
• Upload malware, or attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Automate bulk usage in a way that circumvents plan limits or fair-use restrictions
• Break any applicable law

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Your files and content

You retain all ownership rights to the files you process on Modyfiles. We only use your files to perform the operation you request, and uploaded files are automatically deleted within 24 hours. Both Free and Pro plans may be used for commercial work.

Payment and billing

Pro plan subscriptions are billed monthly through our payment processor. You can cancel at any time from your account; your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Service availability

We work to keep Modyfiles available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. Tools, limits, and pricing may change over time; we'll try to give notice of significant changes that affect paid plans.

Disclaimer and liability

Modyfiles is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We're not liable for any loss of data or damages arising from your use of the service, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
